I can reschedule my appointment without penalty if I notify Shelby Semel Dog Training at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours will result in a 50% rescheduling fee. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 5 HOURS OF YOUR SESSION THERE WILL BE 100% CHARGE. Cancellations WILL NOT be refunded. I am also aware that any group session payments cannot be transferred to private session and that requesting a refund will incur a processing fee.
