SSDT On Call — Terms & Agreement

Service Overview

On Call provides daily texting access (8am–8pm, six days a week, Sundays off), unlimited video review, and phone calls as needed, with responses within 3 hours during On Call hours.

Commitment & Cancellation

  • $1,200/month, billed monthly, with a one-month minimum commitment. 3 month maximum.

  • A 2-week option ($695) is available in certain cases, at SSDT’s discretion

  • After the minimum commitment, cancel anytime with no penalty going forward

  • All payments are non-refundable, including for partial months or unused portions of a billing period

  • Cancellations do not affect the current billing period — service continues through the period already paid for

Sessions

  • Some situations may require a session before starting or during On Call, with Shelby or another SSDT trainer

  • Session rates vary by trainer and are billed separately from On Call

Exclusions

  • On Call is not appropriate for, and does not include support for, separation anxiety cases. Clients with a primary concern of separation anxiety should inquire about SSDT’s standard training programs instead.

  • SSDT reserves the right to determine, at its discretion, whether a client’s needs fall within the scope of On Call.

Response Times

  • 3-hour response window applies during On Call hours (8am–8pm, Mon–Sat)

  • Messages sent outside these hours will be addressed the next business day

  • Pre-planned vacations or absences (for either the trainer or the client) should be discussed and agreed upon in advance, so coverage or scheduling adjustments can be arranged

General Acknowledgment

By signing below, I acknowledge that:

  • Dog training outcomes depend on consistency, environment, and factors outside the trainer’s control, and no specific results are guaranteed

  • I am responsible for my dog’s behavior and safety, and for following safety guidance provided by SSDT

  • SSDT and its trainers are not liable for injury, property damage, or loss arising from training activities, to the extent permitted by law

  • I have read and agree to the On Call terms above, including the no-refund policy
